Custom Machining and Fabrication

Our Machining and Fabrication Department provides precision workmanship to support both custom hydraulic projects and general industrial needs. Equipped with manual lathes and milling machines, our skilled machinists produce accurate, high-quality components, from one-off parts to small production runs. We also offer professional welding and metal fabrication services, allowing us to build, modify, and repair structural components, brackets, mounts, and specialized assemblies. By working closely with our design, service, and systems teams, we ensure every part is built to exact specifications and ready to perform in demanding real-world applications.

Our staff includes licensed tool and die makers and machinists who are able to machine custom or replacement parts using a variety of materials and practices. Our shop is fully equipped to handle customer requests and requirements, machining your project to the required tolerances and specifications to suit the application.

We specialize in hydraulic cylinder repair and reproduction and can repair or replace most damaged or worn parts. We also machine replacement and made to order parts in small or large quantities for a wide variety of applications.
